We invite you to participate in the two day International Hydrometallurgy Symposium in honor of Professor Olof Forsén.

The presentations will cover the entire field of hydrometallurgy from research and solution thermodynamics to technology development, process metallurgy, industrial operation and chemical providers.

Plenary speakers in the Symposium are Professor Kari Knuutila – Chief Technology Officer at Outotec Oyj (Finland) and Hylke Glass – Rio Tinto Professor of Mining and Minerals Engineering from University of Exeter (UK).

Doctoral students from Universities are free of charge, if they are complete the Symposium as Doctoral course (MT-0.7061, Research seminar in Material Chemistry, 5cr) by Study Journal and active participation in the Symposium (obs. there will be a conference dinner fee of 70 euro for Doctoral students). Pensioners are free of charge (obs. there will be a conference dinner fee of 70 euro for pensioners).
